Epidendrum schomburgkii has bloomed in its domesticated state. It's one of the few orchids species at Bosque Santa Lúcia. I discovered it on the ground, as it had fallen from a tree. I know that it had bloomed up there in the wild because a friend, Sebastião Santos, had spotted it long before it fell.
