Lilies


Iris germanica (lower image) is blooming again. This is the flower that some people call an orchid, which it isn't of course. Strange enough, a yellow variety (top image) bloomed too and from the same vase. It's the first time that I've seen this one.

What a surprise to see your irises - we have the yellow one here in Panama and I've been mildly curious as to what it is.

A quick google image search makes me think the yellow one is not I. germanica. If you learn what it is, I hope you'll post the name.

Beautiful irises Steven. They do come in such lovely colors now days.
