Is it really a caterpillar? I asked myself this question because I've never seen a pink caterpillar. Secondly because the little creature rolled up like a centipede when I got close to it. Otherwise, it has all the characteristics of a future butterfly. It certainly was a hairy thing and not those spiney type hairs we see on the previous image.Tuesday, July 22, 2008
A pink caterpillar
Is it really a caterpillar? I asked myself this question because I've never seen a pink caterpillar. Secondly because the little creature rolled up like a centipede when I got close to it. Otherwise, it has all the characteristics of a future butterfly. It certainly was a hairy thing and not those spiney type hairs we see on the previous image.
