Wow. I never seen nothing like that. I guess this tree does not want anyone touching it.
I never knew of any palms with thorns before.

Thorns on the trunk of the tucumã palm (Astrocaryum aculeteatum). I've never seen longer thorns on any other palm and they're hard and very sharp.
