Paricá blooms and social spiders

Only a few posts back I wrote about social spiders. The image used was of this huge web strung up into the trees. Not all paricá blooms fell to the ground! As we can see, the web hosted a lot of the falling yellow flowers. And we can be sure that a lot of insects either fell with them, or sought them out afterwards. Regardless, the spiders dined well.
