Jack fruit
Unlike the araticum fruit, this jack fruit was completely ripe ... and half eaten. I found it on one of the benches near the entrance to the Bosque, so had to have been placed there by a human being. Probably some kids passing by. More than half of the edible part was gone. Insects were also working on it ... and I had my take right there on the spot. Jack fruit is simply delicious, when completely ripe. Like mangoes, they are best right under the tree.
